David Bourke

David is a qualified lawyer, having been admitted into the Supreme Court of Queensland.

In 2015, the passion for body corporate and community management commenced when David first acquired a Gold Coast apartment. 

During his body corporate and community management career, David has been able to rely on his unique skill set to create harmonious and  efficient communities in Queensland, Northern Territory and New South Wales.

Patrick Bryan

An experienced property and finance professional, Pat held senior management positions with local and global insurance companies. 

Following his extensive management career, Pat successfully established and operated and insurance service business for more than 20 years, handling residential, commercial and strata property and liability claims.

In 2014, Pat embraced community living and has attained an excellent understanding of Queensland body corporate legislation and regulations.
